Estas tecnologias podem ser definidas como um conjunto de solu\u00e7\u00f5es que oferece op\u00e7\u00e3o inovadoras para atra\u00e7\u00e3o, aumento de efici\u00eancia e intelig\u00eancia \u00e0 \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos. A necessidade de solucionar a dor em se identificar o pessoal certo provavelmente alimentar\u00e1 a expans\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria de software de gest\u00e3o de talentos nos pr\u00f3ximos anos. O segmento est\u00e1 previsto para aumentar em um CAGR de mais de 14% nos pr\u00f3ximos anos.<\/span><\/p><p>Mas estas tecnologias buscam n\u00e3o apenas o ganho de efici\u00eancia dentro deste setor, mas tamb\u00e9m a oportunidade de inovar e mudar processos, principalmente atrav\u00e9s de analytics que s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis extrair em tais plataformas. Entre os destaques das HRs Techs brasileiras est\u00e3o o Vagas, Gupy, Gympass e Ahgora.<\/p><p>Considerando as tend\u00eancias de Futuro do Trabalho e F\u00f3rum Econ\u00f4mico Mundial, as plataformas focadas em Desenvolvimento de Skills e Upskilling tendem a crescer exponencialmente em um futuro breve, devido \u00e0s necessidades de habilidades previstas como essenciais aos colaboradores.
